Bed comfy.

Bed comfy. Room is affordable. I thought i'll benhaving a fan but it has an ac unit.

The water. It smells rust and the color is yellow. It seems like you'll get tetanus with the door knob.

Location and their tour package is cheaper.

Staff were not that accommodating. They were too busy with their phones. The place was not clean and the water from the faucet was not clean either. The mirror was broken and the door knob from the bathroom was broken and rusty.

disrespectful staff, unproffessional. extremely dirty, defective restrooms, ants, dust, noisy stree

there is nothing to like about this property

the staff was rude. had to chase them around to get information or request something. the front desk bell was broken and the staff ignored me for a few minutes each time I called for someone. I discovered there was only 2 very young girls running the place and playing Mobile Legends on their smartphones that day, and 1 old lady cleaning everything. The room was full of ants, paper thin windows and walls, very noisy street. extremely nasty restrooms. it's hard to describe how shameful the room was. even the paint was old and wooden floor was nasty, low quality old/used wooden bed, extremely dusty behind furnitures, very low lights, very dark and sad. only 2 accessible electrical sockets (which seemed loose and dangerous.. fire hazard) had to hold your phone charger for it to charge. there was ants on the floor and on the wall near the AC, looks like they had a nest in the wall. Booked for 3 days but decided to leave when I tried to use the bathroom. weak toilet flow, can't flush effectively. (that's why there was feces left from the previous renters.) I also nothiced that waterflow was cut off from the faucet. I wasted some time again going to the reception, asking them to make it work and to clean the feces. That's when I realized they cut the water because there is no flushing device in the faucet (used water just falls on your feet and somehow that seemed normal.. not a big deal to them) They didn't want me to change room so they sent a plumber in. That's when I canceled and got refunded my 2 remaining nights with them. And then we left.

Bathroom was not really acceptable - shower and toilet was not working, water from the sink was brown. Room was not looking as in a pictures. Bed was good, staff was friendly.

It's good for group of friends who want to save and share.

The water stinks and it's color yellow. We took shower at Stella Maris for 4days and used mineral water when we brush our teeth. I suggest them to put trash bin in the room.

The staff were helpful and polite.

The staff were helpful and polite. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning as well and the triple room we stayed in was decent sized. The location is very central.

Little to no wifi anywhere other then in the lobby. Also the water quality is terrible. It's yellow and foul smelling. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for three due to delayed transport out of el nido. On the third day there was no water what so ever. They don't have flushing toilets either so that isn't great. If the water quality was improved this place would be much better but you literally can not shower here which is unfortunate because it prevents you from wanting to use the beach.

Cleanliness non-existent. Filthy bathroom, smelly water. Don't go here unless you really really have to. This was our fifth accommodation in Palawan during our trip, so the bathroom and water issues are not just Palawan related.

The water is dirty and it smells like canal. The door lock is broken so we have to change room luckily, there is still available room that time. The bed sheets are itchy. I don't recommend this place.

It's a bit far from the main terminal, but is a good location for everything, food, trips, souvenirs.

We had no running water for few days and when it was, was dirty.

Nothing apart from location.

The room smelt when we arrived. There were bugs in the room, the sheets were not clean, neither were the towels. There was a blanket on the bed instead of a mattress cover. There was no toilet seat, the toilet was leaking and did not flush properly. There was no water and one point so we asked when the water would be back on and they told us 20 minutes. The water came back on after 2 hours. There was no bin to put toilet paper, the room was tiny. The air conditioning was very loud and would turn on and off all night. The floors were not clean and there was a cracked mirror on the wall. There were holes in the wall covered with sellotape.
